In this class we will guide you through various breathing patterns using fluctuating paces, music, and guided meditation techniques to bring you into a deep state of relaxation for incredible physical and spiritual benefits using the power of your very own breath.

These breathing techniques are known for releasing stored tension in the body, boosting creativity, enhancing cognitive function, immune support, nervous system regulation, athletic performance, spiritual breakthroughs and so much more!

Then we will emphasize mental and emotional endurance, using the cold as a tool to practice re-wiring our brains to respond to stress from a place of peace and calm. What we practice in the ice directly impacts our response to daily stressors and as a BONUS we are reducing inflammation, building hot/cold resilience, releasing endorphins, and enjoying post-ice euphoria!

We will guide you through your plunge experience, offer encouragement, coaching, and advice on how to get the MOST out of your cold plunge.

NOTES

Breathwork is best experienced on an empty stomach (not required) so please try to avoid heavy meals right before class.

It is always advised to consult your medical professional before engaging in any new wellness activities.

Wear comfortable non-restricting clothing. 

Please bring: Swimwear, a towel, and dry clothing to change into.

Optional: Bring a yoga mat, water, blanket, or anything else that will make your breath work journey comfortable.

HEALTH PRECAUTIONS

Please do not participate in the breathwork without medical clearance from your healthcare provider if you:

Are pregnant, have Epilepsy, a history of severe mental illness, frequent dizziness or vertigo, recent injury, surgery or any condition that might not pair with intense breathwork.

Please do not participate in the ice bath if you:

Have an open wound, Raynaud’s Syndrome (type II), circulatory problems, heart disease, a compromised immune system (due to recent illness), or any other illness or injury that may be adversely affected by exposure to cold.
